These terms apply when you use pokeslab.app. PokeSlab is run by Alexandros Kougentakos, trading as Mytikas, Hamburg, Germany (see the imprint).
What PokeSlab does
PokeSlab estimates how a Pokémon card might grade and whether grading it is likely to pay, from photos and public price data. It is an estimate, not a grade. Photos hide flaws, prices move and graders disagree. Decide for yourself before you send, buy or sell cards. We aren't affiliated with any grading company.
Your account
You need an account for full reports. Keep access to your email address safe, since it signs you in. One account per person. Don't use scripts to pull reports or upload photos of things that aren't trading cards.
Plans and payment
- Free accounts get 3 reports per calendar month. Unused ones don't carry over.
- A batch adds 50 report credits for $4.99. Credits don't expire while your account exists.
- Collector costs $4.99 a month for unlimited reports, up to 500 a month to stop automated use. It renews monthly until you cancel; cancelling keeps it active until the end of the paid month.
- A report uses a free report or a credit only when it is saved. If we can't read the card, nothing is used.
- Prices are final. As a small business under § 19 UStG, Mytikas doesn't charge VAT. Stripe processes payments.
Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Reports are digital content delivered right away, so at checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits you use. For unused credits and a Collector month without reports, write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
Liability
We provide PokeSlab as it is, and try to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise either. We aren't liable for grading outcomes, sale prices or decisions you make based on a report. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will refund unused paid credits unless the account was used for abuse.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we'll tell account holders by email at least 30 days ahead. German law applies; as a consumer you also keep the protection of the law where you live. Questions: hello@pokeslab.app.
